Low Turn Out in City Election

In last Tuesday’s General Election in Baltimore City there were few surprises. The favorite was successful, and turnout was predictably low. After a spirited primary season, campaigning for the general election was lackluster at best. Turnout was embarrassingly low. It was the lowest general election turnout since at least the 1980’s.
